You Are the Visuals: From Renaissance to Rodeo – Beyoncé’s Numerology in Motion and My 1.14.25 Prediction

If you’ve been following Beyoncé for a while, you know the Queen of Entertainment has an affinity for numbers—specifically the number 4. I’m pretty sure she has a numerologist on her team.
In the past two years, Beyoncé has released two albums that are part of a trilogy: Act I: Renaissance and Act II: Cowboy Carter. Each album redefines, reshapes, and reclaims certain genres. For those unfamiliar with plays, they’re often divided into three acts. When Renaissance first dropped, fans speculated that Acts II and III would be visuals (ha!) followed by a tour. However, with no visuals released and the Renaissance World Tour (RWT) come and gone, we learned—or at least assumed—that each act would consist of an album and a followed-up world tour.
1.14.25: What's Really Going On?
Her second act, Cowboy Carter (CC), was released in 2024, two years after her critically acclaimed Renaissance. In my opinion, CC is one of her best albums yet, serving as both a history lesson and a love letter to the origins of country music and Beyoncé’s Houston/Black Southern culture. As she herself said, she’s “been country.”
Recently, Beyoncé performed during the Ravens vs. Texans Christmas game halftime show. The performance, encapsulated entirely by songs from her CC album, was rich with symbolism tied to Black patriotism, Houston culture (where Juneteenth originates), and overall Black Southern heritage. At the end of the performance, a teaser was released by Beyoncé on Instagram. Live Nation and Netflix also posted the teaser. In the teaser, Beyoncé, dressed in all-white cowboy attire, sits on a white house waving a large American flag. As the flag disappears behind the horse, mariachi-style music reminiscent of a Mexican standoff plays in the background. The screen fades to black, and in red Old English font, the date “1.14.25” flashes on the screen.
Fans quickly began speculating. Could it be another world tour announcement? An album drop? Perhaps the long-awaited visuals? The disappearing flag seemed to signal the end of Act II, ushering in Act III. Others theorized the date marks when we’ll finally get those well-diverse visuals. But here’s my take: none of that is happening.
Given that Netflix also posted the teaser, this is likely the announcement or release of a documentary about the Christmas halftime show, covering its conception to the final performance. In my opinion, Live Nation’s involvement was a red herring to make fans think a tour announcement was imminent. The Christmas halftime show was groundbreaking: it was Netflix’s first live-streamed NFL game, and the first time a non-Super Bowl halftime show received this level of attention. It’s a no-brainer that cameras were rolling, just like they were for the Renaissance World Tour and Beyoncé’s many other projects. Let’s cross our fingers that the Renaissance tour film also lands on Netflix.
As I mentioned earlier, Beyoncé is a numbers girly. I believe the release dates of her albums are significant, and these dates might offer clues about when Act III will drop.
Renaissance was released on 7/29/2022, and Cowboy Carter followed on 3/29/2024. Can these dates reveal when the next album, Act III, will arrive? Let’s break it down through the lens of numerology.
4 is the Magic Number!
To the untrained eye, Renaissance’s release date may seem like a normal yet Beyonce-level chaotic day. But after Cowboy Carter dropped, many of us Beyhivers put on our tinfoil hats and noticed a pattern.
Beyoncé’s favorite number is 4. She was born on September 4th; her husband on December 4th; and her mom, Tina Knowles, on January 4th. Beyoncé and Jay-Z were married on April 4th, 2008 (4 doubled). The woman loves the number 4, okay? And I get it—I’m partial to 14 and 3 myself.
In numerology, 4 symbolizes order, stability, and hard work—all traits that have defined Beyoncé’s career. So how does 4 tie into these release dates?
For starters, July is four months after March. Interestingly, Beyoncé once revealed she originally planned to release Cowboy Carter before Renaissance, but the pandemic shifted her plans. She opted to release Renaissance first because it exuded a liberated and joyous energy that felt right for the post-pandemic era. Coincidence? I think not.
And what about the 29th? Both albums were released on the 29th of their respective months. Sure, the 29th conveniently landed on a Friday, but I believe there’s deeper intent.
In numerology, 29 signifies growth, new beginnings, and change. The number combines the energies of 2 (balance and harmony) and 9 (wisdom, spiritual development, and completion). Releasing these albums on the 29th aligns perfectly with their transformative themes. Nine wholeheartedly represents completion, but in numerology, completion doesn’t necessarily mean finality; rather, the completion of one phase brings about a path to a new phase. Beyoncé is clearly going through new phases, as represented by the albums and her new ventures such as her haircare line, Cecred, and whiskey brand, Sir Davis.
So, what’s next? The two albums were released two years apart: Renaissance in 2022, Cowboy Carter in 2024. There’s that number 2 again—symbolizing balance. And 4 is divisible by 2. See the pattern? Let’s connect the dots.
I’m confident that 1/14/25 won’t be an album release, visual drop, or tour announcement. It doesn’t fit the pattern of her past release dates. Beyoncé is a Virgo, and Virgos are meticulous about their craft. My prediction? Act III will drop on 11/29/2026. Yes, it’s far off, but it aligns with the established pattern. There’s a four-month gap between March and July, and another four months between July and November. Full circle. Additionally, 2026 marks four years since the trilogy began. The date—11/29/2026—falls on a Sunday, an unconventional choice for album releases. But Beyoncé has already proven she’s not bound by tradition. She redefined the industry with her self-titled surprise album in 2013, breaking the norm of Tuesday releases. Fridays are now standard, thanks to her influence. If anyone can rewrite the rules again, it’s Beyoncé.
And she’s already hinted at Sundays in her lyrics:
“You say change religions, now I spend Sundays with…” (Alligator Tears)
“I plan to steal your heart again, on Saturday and Sunday nights…” (Riverdance)
While 1/14/25 could be an album release date—the numbers do break down to 4—I think it’s more likely tied to a different milestone. Whatever Beyoncé has planned, I’ll be here analyzing it with my fellow Beyhive conspiracy theorists. But can we agree on one thing? It’s not visuals, right?
Hol' Up!: We still don’t know the overarching name of this trilogy. Each act has a title, but what’s the name of the play? Could it be Echoville? Just a thought.
